We offer a flat 10% discount on orders for website items that are accompanied with payment in full. To qualify, payment must be in our account within 7 days of the order being placed. Simple!

Of course we are delighted to accept your order under circumstancesto suit your needs, here are our standard and 'credit' terms

'Standard' Sales - The advertised price applies to standard transactions - Payment must be received within 30 days of the order being placed

Credit Sales - We make a 5% charge to your account for transactions that cannot be completed within 30 days. This covers the cost of our borrowings that are necessary to make your goods and the administration thereof.

This 5% charge will be applied monthly to accounts outstanding beyond their due date, please see our terms of Business

Reasoning for three tier system 

As a micro-business bingbangbong is extremely sensitive to cashflow.

Before your goods are delivered to you we are required to purchase raw materials, process those in-house and/or out-source specialist services to create the final product. Our suppliers and service providers are paid before we receive your payment and therefore we rely on prompt payment to keep your order and the orders of all other customers moving promptly. Most items are delivered within 3-4 weeks unless you have ordered a custom item for which you will receve an estimated delivery date.

With the growth of the business our small cash and borrowing reserves come under significant pressure. To alleviate such pressure and to speed up the provision of our goods and services to you, we offer different billing options to meet with the majority of customer systems with which we interface

We understand that many of our clients operate budgets through municipal bodies, Local Authorities & various councils. We regret having to apply the extra charges above, however we are no longer able to afford to offer unlimited credit facilities to slower-paying systems.
